Cancellation Policy
📸 Merryweather Farm Photoshoot Deposit Policy To reserve your Christmas on the Farm mini photoshoot, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your chosen date and time. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session. If you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your session (based on availability). In the rare event that Merryweather Farm must cancel due to weather or unforeseen farm needs, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date. We appreciate your understanding — your deposit helps us prepare for your session and supports the care of our farm and animals. 💚
