Our elderberry syrup is made in small batches right here at Merryweather Farm using whole, organic elderberries and a carefully chosen blend of warming herbs and spices. Simmered low and slow, then lightly sweetened with raw local honey, this syrup is rich, smooth, and deeply flavorful without being overly sweet.
It’s an easy daily ritual—by the spoonful, stirred into tea, or mixed with warm water—especially during cold and flu season.
